Numbered Balloon 70cm *NO Helium*

70cm numbered balloons not good with helium, not enough volume to float them well

How to inflate with air: 
There is a small valve, inter the a straw in it and blow, after inflated full enough pull out the straw and press the valve, it will seal automatically. 
On Changing temperature or after carry by motorbike or Cold AC room sometimes they deflate little. Inflate it again with straw.

Do not inflate too much, on out door area foil balloon will expend it self from the heat.
